In this workshop, Ray will take you through his process in recreating his striking dark-toned black cake complete with silver chocolate shards and signature cake popsicles. You will be able to take home your completed work to share with friends and family.

This class will cover: 

 - How to build, crumb coat and frost a tall cake
 - Swiss Meringue buttercream demonstration, tips and tricks
 - How to achieve super sharp edges with buttercream
 - Dark-tone black frosting
 - Ganache making and dripping technique
 - Dramatic solid silver chocolate shards
 - 2 x Ray's iconic dark tone cake popsicles techniques and tips. (splashes and gold sheet application)
 - Crafty ways to decorate and finish cake with fruits, crushed meringues & gold leaves
