Learn everything you need to know about buttercream. By the end of this hands-on workshop, you will be equipped with foundation knowledge and skills to be able to produce your own smooth buttercream cake with super sharp edges. From here with lots of practice the sky is the limit. You will also take your completed work home to share with friends and family.

The workshop will cover:
- Buttercream 101
- How to make our DTC buttercream
- Baking preps: how to prep your cake tins and bake your cakes correctly
- How to cut, stack and fill a round cake
- Colouring buttercream with gel colours
- How to render smooth buttercream and achieve razor sharp edges on a round cake
- How to make and drip a cake with white chocolate drip
- How to decorate the cake miscellaneous items such as edible flowers, chocolates etc 

The following will be provided:
- Equipment, tools, cake and ingredients
- Apron
- Recipe book to keep
- Light lunch
