For the first time, Cliff will be teaching this golden two tiered design. Guaranteed to be an awesome day with lots of fun, great tips and a delicious cake to take home. 

The workshop will cover:
- Demonstration of an easy Swiss Meringue buttercream
- How to smoothly frost a two tiered cake using the upside down disc method
- How to achieve a gold finish on buttercream
- How to apply edible gold leaf foil onto buttercream
- How to stack a two tiered cake
- How to prepare fresh flowers with wires, parafilm and gold spray
- How to make chocolate sails and achieve a metallic gold finish
- How to securely arrange sails and fresh flowers onto cake
- Many tips and tricks 

The following will be provided:
- Equipment, tools, cake and ingredients
