Christmas is almost here can you believe it! Learn something valuable that you can make time and time again (black ganache) and get into the Christmas spirit while you're at it. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn for the first time how we create our skyscraper cakes and use dark chocolate ganache to achieve a jet black finish. No teeth stains we promise.  You will be able to take  your stunningly delicious creation home to share with friends and family.

The class will cover:
• Cake design & planning
• How to make dark chocolate ganache for icing.
• How to cut, securely stack and fill a round skyscraper cake ( 6 layers)
• How to render smooth sides and achieve that elusive razor sharp edge with ganache
• How to achieve a jet black finish on a cake without using copious amount of food colouring
• How to to make Christmas themed metallic chocolate decorations such as baubles, reindeers etc
• How to safely prep and assemble greenery onto a cake
• How to use edible paint for splattering (lots of fun)
• How to securely apply chocolate decorations onto a cake (so they don't fall out in the car!)
• Many tips and tricks
