This limited Christmas Edible Canvas edition is set to impress on all levels! Inside is a Spiced Chocolate cake filled with our silky and delicious Gingerbread buttercream, served with a side of gooey salted caramel (included). This cake is rendered in our signature watercolour finish, complete with gold and silver edible paint splashes, white chocolate 'Christmas trees' and silver chocolate 'baubles'. Serves approximately 18 coffee serves or 26 canapes. This Christmas you can have art and eat it too!

* Alabaster is one of Santa's elves who looks after the Naughty and Nice list. He is the only elf with a University degree, from Oxford no less.

AVAILABILITY
This cake is only available for pick up between 2pm-4pm Saturday 23rd December 2017. It can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Full payment is required at the checkout in order to submit your order. 
Cancellations of your order will forfeit the full amount paid. 
Payment is non-refundable. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our cakes are made from scratch with high quality ingredients, using our unique Don't Tell Charles recipes. They are the perfect balance between a mud and a sponge cake, not too heavily dense but not too light either. Each Edible Canvas is handmade and unique which means no two cakes are ever exactly the same. Please use photos as a reference only.

FLAVOURS
Spiced chocolate cake filled with our unique DTC gingerbread buttercream with a side of gooey salted caramel sauce. 

FOOD ALLERGIES
Our DTC buttercream uses whole eggs. The egg mixture is cooked by a sugar syrup that has been heated to 114 degrees Celsius. The egg mixture is however, not pasteurised. 
There are no nuts in the Christmas Canvas however, as we sometimes use nuts in our kitchen this product therefore may contain traces of nuts. 

PACKAGING
To minimise required space in the fridge, this cake will come on a 10" square board and packaged inside a 10"x 10"x10" box.

STORAGE AND SERVING
Keep your cake refrigerated. For optimum taste, serve your cake at room temperature. This depends on the seasons however between 1-2 hours out of the fridge is a safe timeframe.

SERVING SIZE
Dessert serve      2”x 2” or 5cm x 5cm
Coffee serve        2” x 1” or 5cm x 2.5cm
Canape serve      1” x 1” or 2.5cm by 2.5 cm 

CAKE PICK UP
Saturday 23rd December: 2pm-4pm

TRANSPORT
Transport your cake on a flat surface (no car seats) in a well air-conditioned vehicle. Drive carefully.
